Pros
The headquarters location is brand new and very nice. Overall the people who work there are nice but there is little comradery.
Cons
There is significant turnover and no continuity. Most individuals, except those at the highest levels, barely show any level of motivation. There is little to no reward for a job well done and this is widely known. The benefits for employees are awful - healthcare coverage is costly for poor coverage, there are very few holidays and only paid time off, so if you have sick days, you lose time off for vacation.
