      The people are great to work with and everyone wants to help one another. There are many good opportunities to grow.

      The company was purchased by a equity firm and there was no budget to grow and no defined growth plan.

      Flex time. The ability to take classes while working full time. Tuition reimbursement. 4 weeks PTO. Interesting and engaging work. Time and a half overtime.

      Sub-par management. Low pay. Little to no advancement.
