      Pros

      Enjoyed the people that I worked with. Learned a lot from everyone. Very sharp technical teams. Excellent people in HR, Legal and Support as well.

      Cons

      Too much turnover and always changing direction. Unstable at the executive level. Unfortunate because they have great talent in the company.

      They have amazing benefits - some of the best

      They hire management with no experience with managing people - working on the applications team was a complete mess and the knowledge delivered by superiors did not help for an employee to succeed.
