If you start out as a full time temp, you will make 15.00 per hour. If you start out as a full time permanent, you will make 16.50 per hour plus benefits
Cons
Office politics are absolutely horendous. The better an employee you are, the more responsibility you get with out pay or recognition. They are quick to tell you what you do wrong, or at least try to tell you. Scorecards are stupid and make no sense and you have to watch cause they will give you negative feedback and deduct points when they shouldn't have. They rarely recognize how hard you are working or job well done, unless your a "teachers pet"
