      Nice environment with open floor plan .. has monthly luncheons to help those employees with a CPA maintain credits

      No room for advancement, no raises and no training

      Pros

      Very nice people The new executive team is strong (Still trying to fix previous mistakes made by the previous disastrous executive team). They don't micro manage. Lots of freedom.

      Cons

      Lacks business go-getters Management focuses on aspects of the business they like rather than the ones that need attention. Management has little experience on the sales or recruitment side of staffing. Mostly Not enough training for recruitment staff.
