Pros
The corporate support departments, i.e. HR, Account, Finance, and IT, are relatively understaffed, so it is easy to take on new responsibilities and build your skillset simply by volunteering for various projects.
Cons
Employee morale is and has been extremely low for the past few years with little to no hope of improvement. This is due to poor company performance, changing or unclear business focus, lack of merit or cost of living increases, no career advancement programs or opportunities, open office work space, little concern for employee work/life balance, few WFH opportunities, extremely expensive benefits, stingy PDO policy for most employees, and the list goes on and on.
