Pros

There were a lot of chances for promotion and growth! It's a very positive environment, and your managers encourage you to grow. They have programs for you to learn other about other departments, so you can see if that's an area of interest for you.

Cons

It's gotten too big. After it was bought by ADP, a lot of the personalized and fun aspects were lost.
