Pros

-Good work/life balance. -Friendly employees. -Great views. -Relaxed workplace environment.

Cons

-Work is not challenging. -Management says they want to mentor employees to move up but no follow through or led through mapped process that isn't customized to each situation. -No advancement. Lots of lateral moves. -Management allows lackluster employees to skate through. -Lots of meetings that go nowhere and mean nothing in the long term.
