Pros
Good work life balance for most employees. Good benefits in terms of 401k match. Still small enough within the Dealer Services department in Seattle, to feel like a close company if you are the social type. Generally even handed with treating people fairly.
Cons
Lacking in career development support, though improving. Mistakes tend to be hard to overcome as many in upper management don't let go of the past objectively. There are a bit of politics at play which I am not in tune to so therefore it's a disadvantage. That said, I've seen some who are masters of the game get very far quickly.
