      Pros

      Latest technology to work on (Hadoop, Spark, Spring J2EE, some of the best minds to work with. Advantage of being market leader in Auto retail industry. Good HR policies for employees mostly inherited from previous company (ADP). Growth of company in India has been promising. Innovation culture.

      Cons

      Better coordination needed among COEs, currently every group is spending energy in coming up with own solutions. Reuse across the org is a challenge. Teams are still driven by leaders of COEs rather than by common shared strategy. Few issues with smoothing Finance and Admin process in India.

      Pros

      Great people, pay and benefits. My personal experience with upper management is that they are focused and straightforward about expectations. There is a lot of change which is what I expected working in this industry. I love that I'm never bored. I'm given every opportunity to learn more and take on more if I want to.

      Cons

      It's a big company so at times there are too many hands in the pot and process/policy makes you jump through hoops at times to find info or complete a task.
