Pros

The benefits are great, and the bonus is awesome. The job itself isn't bad.

Cons

Management doesn't try to help you succeed and it feels like they want to hold you back so that they are in control. Their management program is a joke and opportunities are very limited if you aren't in the Peoria area. They also cannot keep people so it feels like you will have to deal with short staffing forever.

Full time employment. Ok pay and benefits. Good potential for yearly bonus

Cons

Experience varies greatly depending on who management is. At certain stores were turn over is high, advancement is difficult. Management allowed customers to berate us. High pressure on high volume transactions at the sacrifice of customer service. Management would ignore tellers observations. preference given to customers who invested greatly in credit union. Little schedule flexibility and starting sick time.
