Pros

They did a great job of assigning tasks according to my skill level. I was given work that was interesting and challenging but that I was able to do with some level of independence, and I was moved to more challenging tasks as my skill level increased. The atmosphere is friendly, the management is good, more experienced employees are very willing to help when needed, and they are very accommodating to demanding school schedules.

Cons

Be ready to spend two days in orientation learning things you probably don't need to know.

Pros

The management was wonderful to work with and they were very helpful in assisting the staff. It was a great place to work and very family oriented. Bonuses and pension were nice too.

Cons

The base salary was low for the industry. Raises were not in tune with today's cost of living. Too much over and above that you were not paid for but was expected from management.
