      Communication as a whole is horrible. Benefits and 401k company contribution is pretty bad.

      Pros

      I am left alone to do my work with the client so I can focus on providing quality and timely contributions.

      Cons

      No regular raises, bonuses or even a COLA. No financial incentives or additional vacation accrual for 5/10/15 years of company service--that is pretty standard with other companies. An end of year gift of company-branded bottle cap opener or ear buds....nothing else. Lack of HCRA or benefits that similar companies readily offer. No annual review. No opportunities to grow within the company or with other client engagements.

      Pros

      A good group of people who get things done.

      Cons

      Poor processes and planning. Rely heavingly on a superstar or two to get things done. Terrible benefits, vacation and holidays. No training or mentoring at all.
