Pros

monthly ceus, ceu stipend, yearly vacation (if they still over but there are a lot of stipulations for it and if you quit before taking it they will cancel it)

Cons

high billables, no work-life balance, high caseloads, constant changes and restructuring once you get used to a system in place

Pros

Families are great to work with, and you’ll really feel like you’re making a difference in someone’s life.

Cons

The company is terrible. They let their good employees suffer and honor the bad ones. Some supervisors are amazing, some will ruin your whole experience.
