-work/life balance took a hit post-pandemic -someone should audit their accounting department; there were frequent issues throughout my time there for me, in regards to discrepancies in paychecks and raises, and everyone was too overworked to truly look into these issues -I think that I may have been doing other people's work without realizing it, until the end [but by then I was burnt out]
