Great compensation, benefits, parties, etc The compensation and benefits are thrown at you so you shut your mouth and never bring up unethical behaviors. The moment you do, the moment you sit down with HR, you will be on a performance plan, and on your way out, the legal way. They will claim or find something you did and all get onboard and sell you out. It’s a click that keeps clicking.

Cons

Favoritism, Drama, coverups, lies, all due to management and directors. Their slogan was Do It Right, but they completely did it all wrong. They’ve fired multitudes of people that have spoken up about crooked practices, unethical behavior. They use you, abuse you, and if you speak up about unethical behavior, they will do their best to catch you on whatever they can.
