Terrible work atmosphere. Bullying, insults, and belittling behavior are rampant and, while not OFFICIALLY condoned by management, they will look the other way or even sign off on such behavior. Steer clear of this place. Unless you're a manager and you want to bully and belittle people, in which case this is the spot for you.
