Pros

No goldfish bowl environment, there's nobody casting a beady eye on you all the time, decent pay and working hours. Lots of scope to enhance your wage.

Cons

There is a very real lack of advancement, due to the very flat organisation within the company. This leads to fairly high staff turnover, when the realisation of the lack of promotion prospects kicks in.
