Strategic intent is there. Good focus on business. Starting to get the idea that technology is needed. Core values and ethics. Safety focus. Well known for quality products. Customer base is strong. Excellent distribution. technically sound.

Cons

Limited career growth internally-Seems that they don't think current employee base is important as they frooze compensation but leadership still gets big bonus. HR doesn't seem connected to the employee (engagement).

moneys decent , good hrs, decent benefits, lts of overtime

Cons

very harsh place to work, the environments nasty, very dusty , and employees are underpaid, and the company knows it, they explain " while not at the highest payscale for the industry CF maintains a competitve pay scale, other phosphate cpmpanies such as "mosaic" offer a better pay scale.
