Pros
The people are kind, approachable, and welcoming. Nice office located near South Station.
Cons
I worked at CFGI for less than a year and I saw everything I needed to see. There is little structure to the organization with multiple respects, whether it be scheduling, training, or mentoring. Feels like a wanna-be big four in terms of culture, as the firm outing was essentially an all day drinking fest. Very little opportunity to add value in terms of client work. A lot of clients have high attrition rates, so you will essentially be performing ad-hoc assignments or tasks that management themselves do not want to take ownership over. Almost all engagements are exclusively remote, so you don't get the opportunity to work with some of your awesome co-workers on site. Review process is an absolute joke. Benefits are not that great either, and pay is just average. In an all hands call, upper level management said that low utilization is not a concern, which is concerning as an employee.
