Pros

The west coast office leadership are some of the best people I have ever had the chance to work with. They lead with empathy and ensure all voices are heard. The work has variety, like anything at times the work is fun and other times mundane, but I always look forward to showing up to connect with my teammates. Remote work, with caveat that onsite if that is what the client asks for. Mentor tree groups in which everyone genuinely cares about your development and helping. Internal CPE webcasts with opportunities to present. Great people!
