The culture we once celebrated was no longer there. Leadership team was a classic boys club and no one was there to build that culture. It was difficult to connect with the leaders in the firm,

Cons

Poor and unclear leadership. Uncertain of company direction. Overemphasis on both sales & utilisation despite their initial HR pitch being "different from the Big-4". Worst of both worlds. Limited scope for upward mobility and negotiating pay increases.
