Pros

There are smart people within the organization if you ever get to work for them. Most of them are leaving the organization. If you get a great project this could be a good stepping stone.

Cons

"Bro" culture, highly disorganized, treat employees poorly. Clients aren't happy as quality of work and responsiveness has suffered while price has increased. If you're a big 4 accountant you can do a lot more with your time than be an accounting temp!

Pros

Get to meet different companies, work with different people. Also shows you what type of companies you don't want to work for.

Cons

Backstabbing mentality. Unless you are liked by upper management, you will have a difficult time there. If you end up in a project that doesn't enable you to learn new skills, you are criticized for it in your review.

- People who are below leadership are smart and great - Ideas are more welcomed

Cons

- Very limited in benefits - Staffing is done via email and excel spreadsheet - Bonus compensation is not great; overtime is overrated and commissions are not black and white where partner can screw you - Leadership not strategic thinkers (short-term with no long-term)
