Pros

I enjoy my job at CFGI. I am learning everyday and there are always opportunities to work on new projects across different industries. I have appreciated the training and networking events sponsored by the Company. The Christmas party was a blast. CFGI provides a good balance of working at clients and working remotely.

Cons

The benefits might be a little light, but the base salary is competitive.

Pros

Coming into CFGI I didn't expect to be given so much autonomy, flexibility and the chance to be creative. My background is Big4, and I was use to completing work by replicating prior year, solving a few problems and confirming with my superior. At CFGI, I get to solve new problems on my own, interact with c-suite at various companies and somewhat control my schedule (I can leave a bit early and then work that night or on the weekend if I choose). It's been a really good experience, and I have learned a ton.

Cons

Typical cons of a small company: Limited resources (for example you don't get health programs that pay for being active) and can be challenging to figure out policies and protocol. Last, the bonus structure is not good.

Pros

• Great work-life balance with upward mobility • Independent but supportive culture • Variety of experiences with increased exposure to industries, systems with new skill sets acquired.

Cons

Some uncertainty with scheduling. Not for everyone who needs total structure.
