Exposure to a variety of service types and industries, tons of flexibility, much more work-life balance compared to Big 4 but still working with the same caliber of bright and motivated coworkers, start-up/entrepreneurial mindset (welcomes ideas regardless of job title)

Insurance options are good but wish they were slightly less expensive

The company hires high potential/high performing employees, so the culture is made up of smart, like minded individuals that are working side-by-side our clients as true strategic advisors. If you want to grow and build a strong foundation that will serve you well throughout your career, this is the firm to join.

Cons

There is a con or neutral point to working anywhere- nothing would make me reconsider my decision to join CFGI, as my leadership/technical development with CFGI has been more impactful for my career than in any other role or company I had worked for.
