Much more interesting than being an auditor, you work around very smart and capable people, client list is mostly Big 4 clients, you also get operational experience working with clients hands on

Cons

For somebody that doesn't like the fast paced and unpredictable nature of of client service, this job would not be for you

Cons

Very small client base and few opportunities. Partners are very unprofessional and there are too many of them, diluting their purpose. More interested in happy hours with more junior staff and being unprofessional
