Pros

Still growing so plenty of room and time for improvement.

Cons

Hire you because of your interest in doing something such as FP&A, but then stick you on project management jobs. Promises of high bonuses for utilization, but then stick you on the bench for 3 weeks to zero out that balance.

Pros

- Client base is diverse and continues to grow.

Cons

- Promotion are based on years of experience AND merit (similar to Big 4). Perfers external hires than promote within. - Benefits and pay is subpar compare to Big4 and industry. - added an extra level (ie. Director) in between Sr. Mgr and Manager Director making promotion to Partner even more difficult. - lack of leadership engagement and mentorships (ie. no partner check in outside of mandatory quarterly reviews)
