Pros

The company values are great, the atmosphere between all of us workers is amazing. They supply a great training program for new hires.

Cons

Very micromanaging management & upper management. The metrics that are incorporated, I feel like they are unrealistic for everyone, especially someone just starting out in the role. The company is completely too focused on metrics rather than genuine client / business manager relationships
