      Pros

      I have been employed at CFS for over 10 years. I worked for two large nationals previously. I get so much more individual attention here. It's a competitive, caring and motivating environment. Management really cares about me and is interested in my success. I produce much more here, too, and make much more $. CFS has a great team oriented model. If you're good at what you do and work hard, you're given lots of freedom. I love it here and I love the people.

      Pros

      Affiliated with a regional accounting firm - this adds value to clients and candidates.

      Cons

      Rigid work environment, must work like a robot. All activity follows a strict schedule and there is zero down time during a 10-12 hr day. High expectations of individuals and must follow old fashioned strategy. Management not supportive of using new techniques such as social applications to boost results. Most of the commission scheme goes back to the firm, must close a large number of deals to see any real impact on your paycheck.

      Pros

      The training at CFS is incredible and starts from day one where you are given the tools to perform immediately. Obviously everyone works to make money and the commission structure is best you will find but more than that you are acknowledged for your hard work by management and you want to do well to see the company succeed. This is a company where the most senior levels of management know your name and always have a positive comment to share you are not just a number.

      Cons

      Not a ton of room for career advancement if you are looking for a management track.
