Pros

They have provided more training and continued training than any other company I have encountered. The expectations from the beginning have been realistic and while not easily achieved, they are achievable. I have been very happy my entire employment and I feel blessed to have finally found a company that "practices what it preaches".

Cons

I am not sure this is a con, but I really don't have anything bad to say; I think they sometimes continue working with some employees longer than they should. What I mean is, there are/have been employees that they should have separated with but are kept on in hopes of them (the employee) getting better.

Great work environment, ran by a great manager, and upper management. I feel like I have found a home here at CFS and look forward to staying with them for the long haul!

Cons

In the commision structure is a bit low in the beginning but once you get up and running you reap the benefits!

Pros

Relationships with my Co-workers, benefits, pay, meeting interesting people, networking, everyday is a new day, I get to be creative, my bosses listen to me, I am NOT just another "number" as I was in my previous job, My bosses are understanding and listen to me, I get positive feedback from my peers and managers, I don't mind coming to work every day!

Cons

Like I would be with any job, I am hard on myself and when I don't see the results that I expect. My office manager is very aware, so when I get in those moods she offers me uplifting advice or feedback.
