Pros

A contract employer so a reasonable choice as an interim position prior to landing full time employment with a company.

Cons

Their policy for paying "holiday" pay is written to imply that one can receive holiday pay for all six standard federal holidays. Their implementation of this benefit does not follow how it's written and in biased so that one can only achieve holiday pay for three holidays in a given year.

Pros

Company is well ran from the top down and is financial sound. Allows for me one to be creative and run their own desk like their very own business. Provides excellent training and incentives and reputation in locations is always rated high. Employee tenure is above average compared to other staffing firms. Management is knowledgeable and always provided resources and training.

Cons

In some markets there will be limited growth opportunities and due to size of company, more senior positions are very limited as well. Lot of training and ideas can sometimes be overwhelming.
