Pros

I had the pleasure of working at CFS as a business development manager for over 2 years. The professional development and support that was provided to me throughout my time with the company was priceless. I always felt that both my direct and indirect supervisors were truly invested in the success of their people and provided many resources to promote our growth. My team of recruiting support was also outstanding at delivering results and solidifying important relationships. CFS is a professional yet caring organization that offers the opportunity to build strong and rewarding client relationships within a territory, develop top-level sales and account management skills, and make a huge impact within the company.

Cons

Although there is limitless opportunity to grow a book of business, there is limited opportunity to move upwards within the company.

Pros

CFS is a great company to work for! There is a very strong training program when you start and continuing development throughout the year. Great work/life balance. The executive management team is truly invested in the growth of the company and the well being of the employees. There is open access to all levels of management, you don't often hear of a company where you can talk to the President of the company anytime.

Cons

Some micromanagement at a local level, but it is not anything that isn't tolerable. PTO time could be better, but again it isn't bad by any means.
