CFS is a truly unique in the staffing industry. It is a company where if you want to be successful and put in the effort your managers and leadership in the company will do anything possible to help you. For new employees, there is an extensive week long training in the corporate office, and then ongoing monthly training calls. This is a place where many are spending their careers, and we have a good number of people that are 10 - 20 years with CFS! Awesome sales incentive trips for hitting target production metrics, and annual meetings (usually in Vegas or Orlando) with keynote motivational guest speakers to help employees continue to grow and develop.
Cons
Since CFS is a small boutique firm, there is not as much name recognition in all markets. However by focusing on building relationships with clients and giving excellent client service this can be overcome quite quickly.
