Cons

role stays the same. if someone has been there for a while, it can be hard to break into the market

They wine and dine you for a training week in Boston.

Cons

Worst micromanagement I've ever experienced. Complete lies about commissions. The completely control you and everything you do. Your opinion means nothing.

I consistently had temp work, the staff at the agency was always great and answered any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner.
