Contract release fee was not waived even after 1 year employment.

Got a good paying job very quickly, only had one week between assignments. Gave great opportunities too, I worked here only 1 year until I got a permanent job. I know I wouldn't be where I'm at now without CFS.

Cons

None to say really. Main building can be a little hard to find.

The upper management is amazing and invests in each employee's success. Can go to the VPs directly for advice. Great compensation plan with stock options.

Cons

The staffing industry is in general stressful and competitive. The risks are high, but so are the rewards.
