What has impressed me the most about working for CFS is the amount of support I have received from all levels of management. In our local office, my manager has been great about doing constructive pulse checks and genuinely inquiring about my performance. She not only listens to my feedback, but uses it help formulate a plan for success. She works as my accountability partner. The overall atmosphere of the office is warm and welcoming. We all have our individual jobs but understand how working together breeds the most success. On a corporate level, it’s beyond anything I have ever experienced before. They truly give us all the tools needed to be successful in our jobs. And it doesn’t stop after the initial training. They ask for our feedback and help us to overcome any hurdles we might be facing. I feel that at any point I can pick of the phone and ask for help and I’ll be fully supported. As for the job it's self, it's highly rewarding. I get the opportunity to improve the work life of my clients and help people find jobs. It's a win win.

CFS has a really great company culture, employee owned, good benefits, and an overall good work environment. I love that I'm not being micromanaged, but my Directing Manager is always around and available to help and answer any questions that I may have. I came from a job that I LOVED and I was afraid I would never find anything like it and I am happy to say that this job has more than exceeded what I was looking for.
