My first job after college and I can honestly say I am very lucky to work a for such a great company. I have been able to learn so much and grow not only as a professional, but as a person. Management from a local level all the way up to corporate have been great. The CEO and the rest of the upper management are great, it is so evident they care. They listen to feedback and make decisions that keep benefiting the company. My direct manager has been amazing. She has helped me in every aspect. She is available whenever I need assistance, have any questions, if I am struggling or just need someone to talk to. No job is perfect but working for a company that want to see you grow, celebrate your successes, advocate for team work, and have an upper management that care and know every single employee by name and not just a number comes pretty close to perfect. They offer competitive pay, great benefits, PTO, holidays, flexible work from home model, etc. There is an annual advanced training conference for all employees hosted in different cities. Corporate fly the employees out, pay for accommodations, pay for expenses, provide updated and extremely helpful training since there is always something new to learn, host a magnificent banquet, and celebrate the companies’ success. And it doesn’t stop there……. If you work hard and hit your goals, CFS awards you and a plus one with an annual incentive trip to various tropical destinations completely paid for by the company. There is also frequent team outings which are very fun and have allowed my coworkers to no longer just be colleagues to me, but close friends. I truly do enjoy my job and grateful to work for a company like CFS. I cannot wait to further my career with this great organization.
Cons
CFS hold themselves to high standards and genuinely want every employee to grow and be successful. If you don’t put in the effort, don’t work hard, don’t want to work as a team, and just want the easy way out- this company is not for you.
