Pros

CFS sent me on a job that was temp to hire and I was hired full time after only a few weeks. Tara Wiltfong was very nice to work with and checked in often on both me and the company to make sure we were meshing.

Cons

It was expensive for my company to hire me away from CFS

Easy instructions on setting self up in system, easy getting paid, opportunity for change, opportunity for full time hire direct, great way to get your foot in the door of any company, get paid weekly, and it was easy to roll over to full time employment with the company I was temping with. And I am sure a re-assignment would be just as easy if a client ever needed it....
