Pay is extremely fair when regarding temp job duties. The variety of temp jobs available is awesome as well, when you want to gain experience in a certain area.

Cons

I didn't have any negative experiences during my time at CFS.

Great people, good job, very flexible as long as you do the work.

Cons

CRM is sloppy and highly recommend coming in with previous recruiting skills, because all recruiters are fishing in the same ponds, so they are Leary to teach tricks.

Most of our employees had no recruiting experience prior to CFS, however, from individuals that have come from other firms, we have been told that we have the best training in the industry. I understand your situation could have been different though.
