Pros

Amber is amazing. I was contacted by them on a Friday, and they had a job for me by the next Monday. Included was the location and rate of pay I asked for them to find. They also have great communication and networking with their fellow staff.

Cons

I have no cons for my experience with CFS.

Better Options Out There!

Pros

* At the branch level there are some really great people * The ESOP (equity) is nice if you can wait to retirement to collect it * Good training * Incentive trips for those who qualify but most don't

Cons

This is universal within the company, and regardless of the market, all of these comments apply. * Poor commission/compensation structure, regardless of position. Talk to a couple of other agencies first and this will be easily verified! * They use the equity you earn due to being an employee company as a selling point and a reason for the upfront/poor compensation plan. Anyone who joins now pretty much missed the boat. However, the ESOP equity is good if you plan to retire there and if you can hold out until you are in your 60's to collect it. * They say they are not a "micro-managing" company yet every activity is measured by the minute and rated against peers. * They claim they have one of the best turnover rates in the industry. Yes, they have tenured employees, but they don't tell you about the extremely high turnover rate during year one. They hire and will fire quickly. * Top producers leave because they don't respect or trust the active leadership at the top. * Leadership completely mishandled dealing with Covid. Several top producers left as a result. * Flexibility leaves a lot of room for improvement. * Diversity and inclusion is something to be recognized.

Thank you for your review! I am sorry you didn't have a positive experience. My suggestion in your future career would be that someone that is that unhappy should look to leave sooner than 5-7 years. I won't address everything mentioned, however, here are a few responses: The ESOP is a retirement plan and as in other retirement plans, you need to wait until retirement to have access to the money. CFS' average compensation in 2021 for people that have been with us at least one year was $160K. 35% of our total employees qualified for our incentive Trip to Cabo in February. CFS' rating on Glassdoor is 4.7 currently. Best of luck in your new career!

Pros

Fantastic Opportunities, Treated like Family, These guys truly care about us.

Cons

Wish I worked closer to Kayla, she is fantastic and the only downside to an agency is the potential treatment on site, but CFS was quick to take care of us.
