one of the better third party firms to work for

Pros

great support from VP's/management, fun company culture, great positive reinforcement from team members, incentive trips, flexible work structure, greet resources.

Cons

high pressure to produce, "what have you done for me lately" type stance toward production activity, moderate internal turnover (comes naturally with a third party firm), sink or swim type culture. This job definitely gave me the experience and tools to take my recruiting career to the next level elsewhere, and I did enjoy my time there.

Very good at finding placements for me and getting my foot in the door. Weekly pay was also a very good plus.

Cons

No particular downside for me. Typical sitting on the bench until a new position presented itself was about a month.
