Pros

This is my 9th year as an Executive Recruiter. The company is very supportive and always does the right thing. I hear horror stories about other firms that churn and burn their recruiters. CFS goes above and beyond to help employees reach their highest potential.

Cons

This industry in general is dependent on hard work. To have longevity, you have to focus and not give up when it seems tough.

Pros

Was laid off on 10/14/2021, updated my status on linked in, and that evening received a call from CFS that they could find me a position. Began working on 10/25/2021 at Oakbrook, and Oakbrook hired me full time that began on 12/13/2021. CFS worked with Oakbrook very quickly to allow me to join Oakbrook.

Cons

Never enjoy doing all the paperwork and drug tests, but understand that it is needed.
