Nothing. The company is doing nothing right. Wish I would have never wasted my time there.

LONG HOURS. All you do is work and sleep. Especially during harvest but really its all year around. Upper management doesn't listen to a word you say. Started a 50K but really you are only making 12 bucks an hours because of all the hours you work.

During harvest season, employees in our Grain business often work longer hours than usual. This is required in order to meet the needs of our customers. During the balance of the year, this is not the case; we - as a company - believe that work/life balance is important and continue to look for ways to underscore this with our employees.
