      Pros

      Descent benefits. 3 weeks pto, basically 2% match 401k, stock purchase plan 3% match. Consulting is a fun area to be in. Different projects, different technologies you don’t get stale. Generally good work life balance. You only work over 40 hours a week if your project is behind or the customer will pay for you to work more hours.

      Cons

      No career path. Promotions and raises are subjective not objective. No training, learning, or certifications unless it is required by a client. Internal technology is lackluster.

      Great company to work for with bright people, and lots of room for advancement.

      Cons

      Don't bother applying if you are older than 50 as they just recently let go of about 2,500 people to "juniorize" their staff.
