      Pros

      Flexibility, ability to work from home when needed.

      Cons

      The company has grown and in the process they have completely forgotten how to treat members. Rather than prompting from within, they go outside and bring in new people, and leave experienced, hard working members feeling defeated and frustrated. Communication is severely lacking, management makes changes and informs members 30-60 days later. The company has a feedback program called MSAP, and ask for member input in their strategic development, yet they don't appear to do anything with the feedback through either of these programs, complaints and requests for improvements in the working environment are ignored. Management is completely out of touch with members and their day-to-day work.
