      For the most part, work/life balance

      Cons

      Highly political environment. Managers openly show favoritism. People get promoted not for their skill / talent, but for whom they know. In some groups, the environment is toxic. Managers manage by intimidation and retaliation. This is not a healthy place to grow.

      Where do I begin? A TOXIC culture and in a faith-based organization. What a shame and some of the leadership allows it to happen. The worst organization I have ever worked in and the worst leader I have ever worked for.

      Management has been there for years and years the culture has grown to be toxic to employees. No one will speak up for themselves and everyone is for themselves. The employees will complain but not willing to take any action. Very disheartening.
