      Pros

      Competitive Pay. Great Benefits. Advancement available based on experience and knowledge. Overall a great company.

      Cons

      Some high level management go against Christus Values and are incapable of treating others with dignity. Unfortunately HR is no help. Business needs come first. Too many things get swept under the rug in order to keep senior leadership in place. They abuse their power to create fear in their staff.

      The pay was pretty good and the benefits were great.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING else. Micro Managers, Petty across the board, always had to find a problem with everything instead of letting you do the job they hired you for.
