      Pros

      Smaller than similar IT departments at other companies. This means you have the opportunity to "do it all" rather than getting stuck in some relatively small, repetitive task.

      Cons

      Management track is basically frozen. No room to move up. Side effect of a place where every manager wants to stay. You will need to be very patient. Slow to adopt new technologies because of budget constraints.

      Pros

      Excellent work/life balance. Good 401k match (up to 6% match) Great people within the company to work with 9/80 work schedule available

      Cons

      Salary is on the lower end compared to competitors within the industry. Higher management seems to be bias with compensation and workload. Movement in the company is encouraged, but almost always already pre-determined.

      Great company to work for. Great coworkers. Excellent salary bosses were terrific. Respected your abilities and allowed you the freedom to use your talents.

      Cons

      None really. Many of the bad reviews you see here are not Citgo corporate but locally owned gas stations.
