Big company name that stands out on a resume. I'm sure someone else has good things to say about this place. But I however, do not. Super uppity and positive company feel around the entire office.
Cons
Very corporate environment. Some managers are very heavy micro managers. Not very creative job in the design department at all. Same design and campaign over and over again.
The salary they "tell you" you can make is bogus. The commission rate is the lowest in the industry.
Management encourages you to get a sale anyway you can - steal customers out from under your fellow coworkers.
