Pros

City Furniture has a great culture but the leadership needs to improve on listening to all the associates from delivery drivers to corporate associates. Listening to associates and make fair and impartial decisions.

Cons

The hours, pay, and diversity of leadership. Too many corporate friendships that give favor to associates.

Pros

Nice co-workers, most of them won't last too long there now

Cons

Most managers are terrible, company does not do anything for employees when treated disrespectfully, sales pay has been cut tremendously, most of us are looking to go somewhere else

Pros

I’m pleasantly surprised after being made aware of all the amazing opportunities at City. They are big at promotion from within the company and there is a huge focus on People First. I’m excited to become a part of the City family because they treat their employees like family members.

Cons

The amount of information to learn in the period of training time. It may seem overwhelming to some, personally I prefer more information than less.
